I have experience in business development, organisational development, planning, major project managment and designing risk and strategy simulations for complex systems. Between 1987 - 2006 I started UK and European subsidiaries of companies that went on to be bought by Deloitte, Hyperion, Cognos, Business Objects, IBM and Sungard. I advise on project management and provide an "outside" view for project boards on complex major programmes. I have designed and produced strategy and risk behavioural wargames for government departments, global multinational companies and international agencies.
