My trophy moments are when I am able to translate learning into executions to achieve process improvements, or create a totally new way of doing something. The wrestle through complexity is familiar turf. The projects where we really had to invest our head, heart, and hands are the ones i am gloriously proud of because, each time the euphoria when you know you have moved the team the organization and -sometimes you too- from anxiety to experience is priceless.
