1. Add /Drop of courses for the First Semester, 2015/2016 Session via On- line:

2. Eligibility and duration in accordance with methods - online/laboratory.
2.1 Add/Drop Course (s) via Online (30 August 12 September 2015)
a) ONLY the following students are allowed to Add/Drop course(s):
i) Students who failed the course;
ii) Students who are unsuccessful in registering for a course because of
limited places (for those who failed courses with pre-requisite).
iii) Students with less than 12 credit hours.
b) Students who intend to add or drop any courses are allowed to use any of the
computer facilities available inside and outside the campus. The Timetable for
Add/Drop Week is as follows:

2. 2 Procedures for Add/Drop Courses (Session A151)
3. During Add/Drop Week, Class Timetables can be viewed via students portals.
4. Applications to register for more than 22 credit hours (subject to availability) can be
done by filling in the application via the U-Assist System beginning 6 September 2015
(Monday) 17 September 2015 (Thursday). Applications to carry more than 22 credit
hours are subject to the following conditions:
a. Final year students;
b. Current CGPA of 2.50 and above;
c. Only 2 extra credit hours are allowed (maximum total credit hours is 24/per semester);
d. Availability of the course offered;
e. Fees of RM40.00 for each extra credit hour (paid after confirmation of registration).
5. Application for an Audit paper (subject to availability) can be done by filling in
the application via the U-Assist System beginning 6 September 2015 (Monday) 17
September 2015 (Thursday). No fee is charged.
6. Add/Drop of a Practicum Course must be done at the Dean of Student Development
and Alumni office during the Add/Drop Week.
Note:
1. Beginning A101 Session, a minimum of C grade must be obtained for all pre-requisite courses in order to
register for a higher level course.
2. The Practicum and Employability and Enhancement Program (EEP) is not included in the total
maximum number of credit hours per semester.
3. For Elective courses, students are allowed to register for courses offered by their own academic college
provided that the courses are not part of their programmes.
4. SQQM1023 (Mathematics for Management) is equivalent to SQQM1013 (Introduction to Management
Mathematics). Therefore, students who have taken SQQM1023 are not allowed to register for
SQQM1013.
5. In order to avoid any problems in the future, all students are required to review their Class Timetables in
their portals at the end of Add/Drop Week .
6. Students are not allowed to change their course group.
7. Courses of equivalence are not allowed to be registered as Free Elective Courses.
