Key responsibilities:
â–ª Ensure monthly sales target achievement by setting up customized promotions & other supporting
â–ª Monitor all activities execution (promotions, activation, POSM) at wet market.
▪ Collect competitors’ information, analyze market share of brands in charge & coordinate with Trade marketing team to re-act in time via suitable activities.
â–ª Build close relation with retailers, distributor & strengthen win-win corporation via Joint Business Plans.
â–ª Manage & train Team leader to improve their management & selling skills to lead their teams reaching target.
