Having over fifteen years experience in the technology sector means that even as everything around you changes the important things - ensuring customers have a great experience and being more than just another supplier remains fundamental. I've worked across public sector, local government, financial and healthcare sectors, initially helping them in their transformation into paperless working, and now in ensuring that their employee data undergoes the same transformation into meaningful insights and connected working. I've also been involved in my local community for over twenty years championing people with a learning disability which pinnacled in becoming a trustee for Mencap in 2018
