I've run large software engineering teams tackling all kinds of challenges in open source, and have also worked throughout the tech industry to build new business focused on disruptive opportunities: the web, Linux, open source, mobile, the cloud, and scale-out computing.
I am technically proficient with most of mainstream Unix and Linux, including systems programming, application programming, system administration and deployment. But the world doesn't let me do much technical work these days, and has me busy instead, planning for the future..
