In my current position, I am working in the Information layer in Enterprise architecture development, intertwining business processes, master data, information flows and applications together as part of operational model development.
My main achievements in the current position include:
- Initialization of Master Data Management at Outotec (defining strategy, governance model with roles and responsibilities, data domains, data processes, applications and nomination of key persons in the roles)
- Definition of Outotec information architecture (current state analysis, vision, systems and their roles, master data domains and master systems, integrations between applications)
