•Knowledge of Nortel DMS 100
•Voice support: troubleshooting call processing problems pertaining to translations, SS7, TCP/IP, and any other mobile communication problems.
•Data Support: troubleshooting issues relating to connection issues, data speed, MMS, BREW, Mobile Web, and V-Cast. •Experience with MIP/SIP, 1xRTT, and EvDO.
•Experience with data network elements and protocols including, TCP/IP, OSI, SS7, other LAN/WAN protocols.
•Experience with access and troubleshooting tools (Remedy trouble ticketing, JDSU and SANE).
