This System refers the employees leave application is valid or not and itll trigger mail to the concern higher Authorities. To simplify our system we integrated the Approving/Rejecting leave through Mail. Once the leave gets approved itll trigger mail to the employee. This system triggers mail for individual employees leave summary for the month and year and through this system individual employee can check the status of the leave application. Responsibilities: Creating Reports based on the user needs & the requirements. Creating DB Environment, Tables. Writing the Views, Stored procedures, Cursors with performance test. Involved in client requirement and analysis of required tools. Involved in Application designing and Implementation. Configure and normalize and SQL Server query language. Description: Bio-Metric System is software that reads finger prints and thumb impressions from reader machines and saves on a database. The software refers the database to check on entry and exit of people and keeps track of it. WEBSTARS is a Time & attendance software which is used for monthly payroll generation and Employee movements like In time, out time, late hours, Extra hours, out pass hours etc., which is read from electronic reader, when employee has punched in the reader and generates the various reports. WEBSTARS is multi users Software in which we can trace any modification done by the user. WEBSTARS used in different location with accumulate only the location employee and the user can add or deleted the employee from one location to another it also effect in the readers. It allows the end user to block the particular user punch and change the access from one to another. Monitoring and downloading of data also can perform in the communication software.
