In my daily job as SharePoint consultant at Delta-N Change Management has become more and more part of my job. Not only the technical change but most of all the organizational change is a challenge. I help customers make decisions with their governance and guide them making right decisions Within the daily working process.
Goals:
Guiding customers of Delta-N with implementing transparent communication platforms. These platforms support organizations with their knowledge management, document management, business Intelligence and with their daily project management.
