Tham has over 17 years of working experience in IT, spending almost a decade in one of the largest japanese IT firm. He played crucial roles in solution deliveries to customers including the Malaysian government, Banking and Telecommunication. Leadership is another quality that Tham has, where he worked as a project manager for a german based SI providing global hosting and storage services. Tham currently manages the APAC operations for Computaris Malaysia, a UK-based telecommunication SI specializes in system integration, BSS technical consultancy and software development for software vendors and communication services providers (CSPs).
