During the past 40 years, I have experienced various positions at NTT (Nippon Telegragh and Telephone) including Corporate Auditor of NTT West, CEO of NTT Mediascope, Senior Executive Vice President of NTT Learning Systems, General Manager of NTT Sendai Office, Senior Representative of NTT New York Office.
After retiring from NTT, started consulting office "Mindechoe" to provide quality service for process design and facilitation for generative conversations including the World Cafe, Future Search, OST (Open Space Technology) and AI (Appreciative Inquiry).
