Over ten years working experience in organizational change management (OCM), business process improvement (BPI), and customer services management (CSM). My professional career started in IT, moving successfully from programmer analyst to leader of change management team in the financial and banking industry. I am currently looking for a contract or permanent position with a dynamic corporation.
