KK Sharma is founder and head of KK Sharma Law Offices (KK). KK, dealing in Competition law,Tax,Enforcement & Investigation,Governance,Regulation & Risk,Public Affairs & Policy.
He was the first Director General of Competition Commission of India (CCI). He has also been head of Antitrust Division,Commissioner in IRS of India,Commissioner of Income Tax and a very active member of ICN, Merger Working Group.
A Ph.D. fellow in Competition Law (CL) from Bangor University,UK, he did masters in engineering from IIT, Roorkee before doing graduation in law. Later he completed PG Diplomas in Eco for CL from King鈥檚 College, London,and IPR Laws from NLSU, Bangalore,after doing Masters in
