This is a page for the everyday person to come and share and/or receive information and/goals for getting fit and getting healthy. Not everyone has hours upon hours everyday to spend at the gym. Most people have jobs, families, studies and other priorities that keep us spinning our wheels when trying to find time to go to the gym.
