From my studies, I learned to work in a group and under time pressure. Additionaly, I got to know MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Power Point) and chosen modules of systems like SAP, Softlab and Symfonia.
In AIESEC, I gained the ability to work with a client, manage a team of three and keep calm in crisis situations, through representing the organization before headquaters in cooperating highschools and organizing language workshops lead by foreigners for 150 people in Bia艂ystok.
Being responsible for recruitment for internships abroad in a student organization, I intend to develop further in the field of Human Resources.
