The challenges in software development today are extreme.
IT has been a huge part of my life, both in job and private life.
I have learned two extremely important lessons along the way:
1. The others are going faster than you in the short run, so if you want to win you have to figure out how to beat them combining speed with quality and maturity.
2. I am not the one who can win the race, but I am extremely good at creating the team who can.
Making fast and recilient IT solutions is not only about using the right tech or having the best idea. It is about putting the right people together in the right environment and then something fantastic happens.
