Over the last 8+ years , I have been extensively involved in Operation, Maintenance and Configuration of Ericsson Network Elements (HLR/HSS, STP/FNR, MSC/VLR, MSC-S, MGW, RNC, BSC, iDNS, SBC,Huawei CX Smart Edge1200,AAA, NTP etc) working for Celtel/Zain in Nigeria & Ericsson in Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
With remarkable knowledge of fault resolution and incident management ,using approved processes/ OPIs (operational instructions) in a live network.
