Kong Chhuon has earned his PhD in Environmental Engineering from University of the Philippines-Diliman and Tokyo Institute of Technology-Japan under AUN/SEED-Net program supported by JICA in 2016. During PhD study, he did assessment on the carrying capacity of available water resources to meet the demands for people, agriculture, energy development and environmental protection within the watershed approach in Cambodia. He graduated Master鈥檚 degree in Environmental Geology from Gadjah Mada University in Indonesia.
