About
Khalid S. Rabayah is an Associate Professor in Information System. He is the founder and the manger of a leading Information System research and development centre at the Arab American University-Jenin, Palestine. Currently he is involved with many national and regional projects in this research field. He is active in using ICT in education, in businesses, in government, as well as civil society institutions. He also gained significant experience in using ICT, especially Internet, in education and knowledge synthesis, women and youth empowerment, and economic development within the Palestinian context.
