Krisada Kongkajan was born on October 23,1964 in Bangkok,Thailand. He grew up and has formal educations in Bangkok, Thailand. After finishing Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Graduate Diploma in English-Thai Translation, he began his bureaucrat career as a Foreign Relations Officer at the Secretariat of the Prime Minister in 1990.
