I have recently completed my PhD looking at knowledge transfer within Universities through an absorptive capacity lens. My research interests are in the areas of technology commercialisation, new business creation, knowledge management/transfer between various stakeholders, knowledge networks and organisational learning. I will be carrying out more research in the in these areas in the future and welcome joint projects and collaborations from people with similar interests and synergies.
