My present focus is strategy supporting renewed business processes that are reliant upon critical technology infrastructure that is nearing end of life cycle. I help couple business redesign and strategy with already required spend on infrastructure to get the best benefit from our investment. Current efforts include contact center planning, service monitoring for a hybrid cloud/premise environment, and campus technologies supporting new workforce expectations.
