While I'm not technically a Kuya as I'm the younger one of two brothers, I got plenty of cousins that call me "Kuya Leo".
Some of them, young and witty little mischievous annoying critters that they are, they usually mispronounce it (albeit intentionally), and it comes out as "Kulay Yellow" or "Kulay Yelo." That is how my facebook handler came to be.
No one calls me by that name anymore, but it makes me feel young whenever I hear it :)
Most of my otaku-related activities will be placed here. I transferred most of my otaku friends from my original account here, except for some adamant people who refuse to add this account, lol.
