I鈥檓 employed as Area Business Manager in GlaxoSmithKline India, a Pharmaceutical company. In this role I lead a team for the company鈥檚 Key Account Management efforts, overseeing a team of six key account specialists and managing the annual business in assigned territory. My exciting work includes focus on growing and developing existing Accounts, writing business plans for all current and opportunity business, creating solutions which ultimately leads to win-win situation for both Accounts and our organization.
