My work areas have varied from "world's largest company" (GE) to startups. Even I have spend a significant amount of time in GOI Services as Class I / Gazzeted officer. Through out my 8 years, most of the times i have observed, "good for nothing" kind people climb the professional ladder soon as compared to people who keep on tolling their brains, during their midnight sleeps just to find the solution for the problem.
Grow up guys. This "Indian Crab Syndrome" is never helpful for anyone. You have to yourself peek your head out of the bucket,to see the wider range.
