I believe in the benefits of exercise, diet and health. My hobbies include fitness and exercise and running. I insist on eating well which includes lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains. I stress that fitness is for everyone who has the motivation to keep going and that it is not just for the young, athletes, or injury rehabilitation. I educate my patients and clients to set realistic goals for exercise and nutrition, as well as, healthy lifestyle issues such as emotional and mental well-being, sleep, stress, disease prevention and cures.
