I'm engaged into area of web development for almost 12 years. At the very beginning companies hired me as a contractor. In the middle of 2010 together with 2 other good friends we decided to establish our own company and give importance to UX, good design and quality of good programming craftsmanship. At the moment we have clients from such countries as USA, Ireland, UK, Germany, Netherlands and Czech republic. I have experiences collaborating with India based programming team and leading teams up to 7 members here in the Czech republic working onto one big project.
