? Provide first level support of CIM (Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SPC, SiView, Xsite, RMS, Reporting, AM, RTD, Catalyst and Equipment Integration Applications) and IT supports to production shop-floor and computer operation activities.
? Troubleshoot and resolve EIM issues together with equipment engineers
? Monitor CIM system and server performance.
? Setup, install and admin terminal server, Fab PC and others network equipment.
? Create and Maintain user account templates for SiView, SPACE, RMS.
? Conduct CIM operation training to the users.
