After having worked for 25 years with senior HR positions in DuPont Asia Pacific, and 8 years with key manager positions at Korean conglomerate Hanhwa Group at earlier my career, I am now setting up and shaping up a world-class training institution for developing global talents in Asia, Global Talent Management Institute(GTMI).
