Cynthia serves as Associate Dean for Workforce Development at the University of Kentucky College of Public Health. She is also Co-Director of the National Environmental Public Health Leadership Institute, Director of the Kentucky Public Health Leadership Institute, Co-director of the Buckeye Bluegrass Regional Leadership Academy. She is currently on the Board of the Public Health Leadership Society.
