In the company I work for, everybody does a lot of work in Excel. You know how it goes – you get a project to do, open a new spreadsheet and … yes, do it all manually and very slowly. Happens to a lot of folks. I’ve learned lots of things about it and what it can do for me, since 1997 when I started working in Excel. So now every new hire in our region gets to spend a day in my office learning some parts of their job and, of course lots of Excel. They usually show up in my office after 3 weeks of working with lots of people in the company.
