Chan at the law firm Katten informs Mr. Wole Fayemi that his patent application No. 09/854,347 for a system and method of mass-customizing multi-component articles has been abandoned. The letter notes that if the abandonment was unintentional or unavoidable, the application may be able to be revived and recommends Mr. Fayemi discuss this with his patent attorney.
