A former VISTA (Volunteers in Service to America) volunteer, Dr. Johnston has spent his entire career working on behalf of non-profit organizations. He is an internationally known development and management consultant, trainer and coach, having taught at the Graduate Program of Fund Raising Management, the University of San Diego, and the Institute for Organizational Development at Taylor University. He lectures frequently at conferences and seminars throughout North America and in Europe.
