I am currently studying for a PhD at Southern Cross University, Coffs Harbour campus. My research focus is on examining how stakeholders percieve the reputation and credibility of zoos as conservation organisations. I also have a strong interest in organisational behaviour and communication with an interest in all tourism related business's particularly in wildlife tourism, natural area management and small regional localities.
