After 26 years in education, like Indiana Jones, I took a step of faith and walked into a new world- nonprofits. I have found amazing joy in seeing growth in communities. I focus on working with small and mid-size nonprofits because they lack assets but have the most poignant stories and the greatest needs. My resume includes nonprofit administrative positions and member of a long-term recovery federal program team. I have served on Boards of Directors and helped create over 300 organizations, with an eye on embedding the vision of the founders with the needs of the community. Speaking travels have taken me from the coastal areas of Louisiana to cities in the US, to Barcelona, and Melbourne
