Marketing strategy and MarCom operations have been on my responsibility in different fields of business throughout my career. For me marketing in essence is understanding what affects us, no matter if the message receiver is a consumer or a decision-maker in an organization. I also have a lot of ideas how the overall customer experience could be improved, online and offline, by targeting (marketing) communication actions correctly. My MBA thesis focused on business models and earning logic in mobile identity services. Currently I help my customers to grow and evolve by giving digital marketing insights.
