Lauren has deep experience developing leaders, building public and private partnerships and scaling community service projects and programs for maximum impact.
One of her most satisfying achievements is the lead role Lauren played in developing, scaling, and launching City Year, a service organization dedicated to boosting graduation rates in high-need public schools, from a pilot program to a nationally renowned organization and model for AmeriCorps.
As City Year鈥檚 National Program Director, she built out a learning branch of the organization, capturing the essential elements of City Year鈥檚 mission and programmatic and service model and distilling them into blueprints and trainings
