Lauren Thrift is a Masters鈥� Candidate at SIT Graduate Institute where she is pursuing an MA in Intercultural Service, Leadership, and Management. Her career goals include designing and managing peacebuilding youth programs for grades K-12 that bridge cultural gaps within US communities by building intercultural appreciation, teamwork, and leadership development and improving self-esteem through a combination of dialogue and teambuilding activities in music and the arts. Lauren is currently an AmeriCorps VISTA, serving as Restorative Justice Coordinator at Safe & Sound, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI.
