My primary focus is to help teachers improve their practice and increase student success. This is accomplished primarily through the Classroom Focused Improvement Process (CFIP). I analyze unit diagnostic student assessment data with teachers to determine specific instructional needs of students. Then we plan and focus lessons toward student needs and desired outcomes. After the unit of instruction I then analyze the unit summative student assessment to see what needs to be retaught and which teachers are successful in providing instruction that increased student learning.
