About
As a corporate lawyer with expertise in renewable energy & infrastructure, project financing, commercial contracts, power purchase agreements, commercial litigation and arbitration, I am currently engaged as an in-house counsel for a leading renewable energy company with a 600+ MWp portfolio. I have been instrumental in drafting various intricate Turnkey EPC agreements, procurement contracts, MSAs, NDAs, investment agreements to navigate the company into structured deals. My contribution was pivotal in the company’s progression into wind-solar hybrid systems and REC trading.
