Key Responsibilities:
鈥ssisting in the development of the Construction Execution plan and construction work packages (CWP鈥檚) for fabrication, site construction, mechanical completion and pre-commissioning.
鈥roviding constructability input to facilities design during front end loading and detailed design phases
鈥racking and updating project budget, progress and performance, costs, change orders and trends.
鈥esponding to the needs of the PM and assuming responsibility for executing the cost control activities required on an individual project basis.
鈥old meetings with Project PM's, Estimators and PE鈥檚 to review/adjust preliminary schedule for initial distribution.
