I have more than seventeen years experience in SDLC leadership roles including project management, change management, stakeholder management, business process change, requirements analysis, and major software implementations. I have worked in and with government, tertiary and the private sector in a variety of roles in several countries which gives me insight into the way that organisations and their staff manage change.
