- Over 10 year experience of software development
- Strong programming skill in: Java, Eclipse
- Familiar with: C/C++, Linux, ClearCase
- Familiar with software development processes such as RUP, Scrum
- Playing different roles, project leader, project architecture, user experience designer, individual contributor, experience in whole software lifecycle.
- Work well under multi-culture and multi-site environment
- Good English communication skill including written, verbal and interpersonal
- Stable personality and high sense of responsibility
- Will to work under pressure with leadership quality
- Good analytical capability
