About
As a Development Manager I'm in charge of technically coordinating the development of several smaller teams/projects. This means : conducting the estimation of the projects, designing the architecture of the applications, reviewing code for important features, making sure that best practices are followed. And I'm conducting the technical evaluation of the team members.
Also deploying applications and taking technical decisions inside the projects.
I'm involved in the coaching of the team members and also organising internal activities (presentations, workshops) in order to increase the quality of the teams.
