Leonardo is a Senior System Engineer specialis and Professor with more than 30 years of experience in IT, Networking and Telecom Technologies. Currently he works as CIO for JCL Technology, a Brazilian company that develop complex projects to Brazilian government, like big WMAN networks for Brazilian Army (Wi-Max Networks), Cooperative LAN networks for Brazilian Internal Revenue Service (IRS), for Brazilian Federal Post-Office, both with more 2000 network points. His team developed important projects in Software Enginner for Brazilian Government, to cities in country of Brazil, in field of Education and Administration. He worked to as Information Technology Manager for Internet DC in Oi ISP.
