My current company, Leonardo Group Americas, specializes in Mixed Model Line Design and Mixed Model Material Management, and we recently launched a new workshop on Mixed Model Simulation Modeling.
My first book, co-authored with Gerard Leone, was "Fundamentals of Flow Manufacturing", publishing in 2002. Since then I have co-authored six other books, including our source book "The Complete Guide to Mixed Model Line Design". Applying Lean to hospitals resulted in the book "Roadmap for the Lean Hospital".
