I think of myself as a person that loves a good challenge. My native language is Spanish so my biggest challenge was to overcome the language barrier to get more opportunities in the job community, and this led to several new and exciting areas of development. I have worked as a Customer Service representative, where I manage to improve my accent and learned to be patience with other people, specially if that person is the customer; also I learned how to be a supervisor and to motivate people to get the job done.
