Joe Lepore is responsible for managing a global team of training professionals for the Global Service organization at AB SCIEX.
This role manages and administrates a global training budget of $3 M that encompasses three Regional training centers located in Massachusetts, Singapore and in Germany. It also focuses on the comprehensive development of adult learning, competency models and performance management. I also oversee the development of Global Product launches for service readiness.
