I have 3 wonderful children whom I love with all my heart. I owe the presence of these precious angels to God, who gives me amazing strength, which I question way too often. ( I am a helluva strong woman and have battled many issues that have made me the HULK I have become) ;)
I have found a true love of exercise, the ultimate stress relief. It moves me and makes me happy. I love helping others reach their weight loss goals and absolutely adore those who keep pushing themselves... I LOVE to laugh!
